Power Porridge

Ingredients:
75g rolled oats
200ml water or milk
1 to 2 tbsp runny honey
1 banana
a handful of nuts, blackberries and a strawberry

 

Method:
Put the oats in a saucepan, pour in the milk or water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove from heat and add the fruit and nuts. Finish by drizzling honey over the top.
