Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
A delicious, quick and healthy breakfast with a valley of vitamins.
  • 1 peach
  • 1 pear
  • handful of strawberries
  • spoonful of greek or natural yoghurt
  • juice of half a lemon

Method:

1) Chop all the fruit up small
2) Place in a juicer or use a hand blender or go at it with a potato masher until the fruit is pulp
3) Add the yoghurt and lemon juice to taste
