Lunch Recipes

Don't skip lunch - even if you are busy - you don't want your metabolism to go into starvation mode! A sandwich with protein such as chicken, tuna fish or goats cheese on wholemeal or brown seeded bread would be a good lunch option if you are out and about. Try to avoid mayonnaise if you can. Or if you have more time, try preparing a healthy packed lunch using one of these recipes.
