Victoria Park

Victoria Park is a beautiful and popular park in the heart of East London. Since opening in the 1840s, this 'people's park' has seen political rallies by the Chartists, was used to grow food during WWII and more recently it is known for open air music and film festivals as well as the stunning Pavillion cafe on the lakeside. The park hosts two local football clubs and the Regents Canal that runs alongside the park is great for water based activities. There are plenty of outdoor fitness groups listed below ......

    Outdoor fitness classes all year round with highly trained instructors. Each class has a group for beginners, intermediate or advanced fitness levels to suit everyone.

    • Saturdays at 8.45am and 10.15am

    SUP is ideal for cross training, working legs, back, feet, arms, neck and stomach muscles to achieve balance and core strength.

    • Weekend SUP paddles to Olympic Stadium or Islington Basin
    • Night SUP sessions on weekday evenings from the spring
